[Refund Rules for deposit]
① Non-payment after booking will be cancelled automatically.
② Before 30 days to the starting tour date, 100% deposit will be refundable. However, airplane fee, accomodations, transportations, and admission fee can not be refundable. This situation should follow the company''s rules.
③ Paying desposit means fixing the price.
[Refund Rules before Starting Schedule]
① Client''s request for cancellation
[PENALTY 1] After payment, the refund will be following the rules.
(Monpoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act)⑴ Before 30 days to the starting tour date : 100% refund
⑵ Before 20 days to the starting tour date : 90% refund
⑶ Before 10 days to the starting tour date : 85% refund
⑷ Before 08 days to the starting tour date : 80% refund
⑸ Before 01 day to the starting tour date : 70% refund
⑹ At the starting date : 50% refund
[PENALTY 2] If there is a client''s problem for the cancellation, any cancellation fee should be paid by client. However, the amount of the fee will follow the company''s rules.
⑴ Before 30 days to the starting tour date : 90% refund
⑵ Before 10 days to the starting tour date : 70% refund
⑶ Before 08 days to the starting tour date : 50% refund
⑷ At the starting tour date & No Show : No refund
② If there is a company''s problem for the canecllation,
⑴ Before 30 days to the starting tour date : 100% refund
⑵ Before 20 days to the starting tour date : 10% compensation
⑶ Before 10 days to the starting tour date : 15% compensation
⑷ Before 08 days to the starting tour date : 20% compensation
⑸ Before 01 day to the starting tour date : 30% compensation
⑹ At the starting date : 50% compensation
※The cancellation from the government''s indications will be compensated according to the no. 9 rule.
